The first issue of the new Europass newsletter is now out

The first issue of the new Europass newsletter is now out. The electronic newsletter will be published three times a year (May, September and December) and will contain articles, facts, information and personal experiences on Europass by its users and stakeholders. The Europass CV template is now used by around 20 million Europeans.

The Europass facilitates communication between jobseekers and employers, and removes obstacles to mobility caused by a lack of transparency of vocational qualifications. Europass is an online portal created in 2004 that helps European citizens promote their professional and academic skills across Europe. Citizens can access five types of documents that allow them to present their skills to employers in a clear and structured way. The Europass CV and Language Passport can be completed online and can be updated at any time. The three other documents (Europass Certificate Supplement, Europass Diploma Supplement and Europass mobility) are issued by education and training authorities.
