Labour market monitoring and future skills forecasting system OSKA

The Estonian Qualifications Authority analyses the needs for labour and skills necessary for Estonia’s economic development over the next 10 years as part of the OSKA programme.

The entire economy is divided into 24 OSKA sectors. Each year, the need for labour and skills is analysed and recommendations for training requirements are prepared in five or six OSKA sectors. Thus all key professions in all fields of life in the Estonian society are analysed over five years.

More information about OSKA sectors and research results can be found on the OSKA website.
